I've spent the better part of the day installing and configuring the weblog on my server, and now I'm feeling rather impressed with myself. After a few initial hiccups with the database and permissions, we're off and running now. Perhaps next I'll fiddle with the actual templates and get some images up.
A little about myself perhaps. I live in Junee, NSW, Australia with two of my children. Carly is 12 and started High School this year, and Alex has just turned 10. Today he has gone off to a rubgy league day in Tumbarrumba with friends of mine.
I have 2 older girls who live in Wagga Wagga, about 20 minutes from me. Emily is 25 and lives with her man Kai, and Lauren is 23 and lives with her husband Daniel. Lauren is expecting a baby at the end of June, so grandmotherhood is fast approaching for me. Something I wasn't overly eccstatic about but am starting to get just as excited now as Lauren and Daniel are.
