Not a Good Weekend for Alex

It's Monday morning and I've dropped Alex at school at 7am, he's off to Griffith for a touch football carnival. Friday night I let him go to a Freaky Friday (13th) Disco at the church, and some little kid had bitten him on the arm. I couldn't believe it. You should have seen the perfect teeth marks in his arm. It was quite swollen and bruised. So instead of football on Saturday morning like we should have, it was up to the emergency room at the hospital (just in case!!). He's had a tetanus shot only recently and although the bite was quite bruised, it didn't look too bad.

Carly stayed at her father's house on Saturday night and on Sunday I had a computer job all day. Lucky for Alex they have 3 boys and a motorbike so he was in boy heaven. He doesn't get to ride motorbikes very often and he had a few spills, but he had a great day, so it made up for the crappy Saturday he had.

I was invited down the road for drinks on Saturday night but didn't go. I can be very anti-social when I want to be. Drinking didn't seem that appealing to me so I had a night in front of the computer (ha ha, not much new there!!), but a rather productive night just the same. Yesterday I was cruising EBay and ended up buying 25000 web templates. What possessed me I don't know. Maybe the $1 price tag. $7 postage on top of that, but the guy was in Perth and the templates come on a cd. With reseller rights, so I'll have plenty to choose from on my website. I can offer to sell them much cheaper now. (Wait and see what they look like first though). It will be a chore checking them all out.

Space on my site is turning into a problem too. This web log is eating up all my site space and since I post every day, that's about 3-6 pages that are added daily. At this rate I'll have to look for an alternative.
