Not Enough Hours In the Day

It's going on 1am and I've just uploaded the work I had to do for Neil. HTML Guard added a notice to the top of every page, but it is so well protected now that I think the warning is appropriate. There's no way anyone can copy it unless they write it out by hand. The pages can't be saved, printed, viewed in a text editor, highlighted, or anything else. Only read. Give it a test drive. I guess you can never really protect anything on the internet as long as it's viewable. That's one job done, now it's time to move on to the next.

I worked today doing the Reject Shop stocktake from 1pm until 8.30pm. I could have stayed another hour but I needed to get home to the kids. Two evenings in a row that Carly has been the babysitter. Everything went okay and they didn't even fight. It must be me. As soon as I walked in the door they were dobbing on each other for something, then yelling at each other. I felt like walking back outside. Maybe they need to be left together alone more often. It's doing them good.

Tomorrow might have to be a house-cleaning, washing and shopping day. The house is showing signs of neglect, and the cupboards are bare. Surely signs of a busy life. Alex played soccer today but the team lost. Friday both he and Carly are in the next round of the school athletics carnivals. Then footy again on Saturday. Come on Sunday... I could surely use some more sleep.
