Better Page Rendering in IE7

I've installed the beta version of Internet Explorer 7 and I'm happy to see that Microsoft has finally addressed a few of the problems that previous versions had with CSS rendering. I had a problem on the Blogger website because the pages loaded with no scroll bars. Firefox opened the pages properly, and the whole page is now viewable in IE7. There's added security in IE7 including a phishing filter that guards against fraudulent websites and identy theft, there's tabbed browsing (hooray!!), and better support for RSS feeds. So far it looks okay, and an improvement over previous versions for sure.

Warm Thoughts BearI'm using Firefox to enter this post, once bitten twice shy. I'll wait for the final release of IE and decide then if I want to go back to using it. The interface has changed and lots of icons are no longer available, in particular the refresh button, but this could change again before the final release.

Leo Tolstoy

"In this life we are like stubborn horses put into harnesses and shafts. At first, we kick. We want to live according to our will. We break the shafts, snap the harness, do not go anywhere, and become exhausted. Finally when we are at the end and we are not thinking about getting our own way anymore, we give in to the Higher Will, and things move forward. This is when we find peace and happiness."
