Last night Carly and Alex decided to swap bedrooms now that Alex's room has been painted. Carly had two friends sleeping over so they all hooked in and there was moving mayhem all night. The lounge room became the dumping ground for everything. After putting Alex's furniture in Carly's old room I decided to buy him a new wardrobe and chest of drawers. The wardrobe is on the wish list, and Alex spent most of the afternoon putting together the drawers. I've swapped curtains, bought some new ones, and things are looking good. Tonight I'm exhausted.
Carly and Alex played touch football today and both teams had good wins. Both kids scored tries. Tomorrow there's a football carnival at Cootamundra but I've managed to organise a ride for Alex so I have some time at home for those chores that don't get done on their own.
