Google Map API

I've installed the Google Map API and received a licence key. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work in IE (nothing new here) but works fine in Firefox (as with may other things). Now all I need to do is decide what to put into the HTML for the map to display something that I want. There's a plugin for Google Maps that I will have a look at too.
