I've hardly seen Alex all weekend. He slept at a mate's place on Friday night and went to football with them to Temora, while I drove to the Borambola Sport & Rec Centre (opposite directions) to pick Carly up from the YouthROC camp. Then we drove to Wagga last night for the Monster Trucks that were on at the showground. They had 3 fireworks displays during the night, and that combined with the roar of the trucks and the music it was a deafening experience. Thoroughly enjoyable though. Today Carly and I went shopping in Wagga while Alex went out motorbike riding with another mate and their family. Carly should be set for winter clothes now, she came home impressed with her shopping bags.
