As you can see from some of my recent posts, I've been testing out a few quizzes to see how I compare with other computer freaks. Even my son refers to me as a computer geek. I'm not sure if I should feel good about that or not. When you consider that the last 3 days I've fixed 3 different computers, I guess they wouldn't ring me if I wasn't nerdy. I've become alot more involved with the computers at work lately too, and have been doing lots of coding on the Junee Shire Council's website. I designed a couple of submission forms and set up a site search. One of the bosses is impressed with all my computer knowledge and I enjoy being able to fix things.

There's an extensive list of some good quizzes, you're sure to see something that strikes your fancy. Of course, some are just too silly for words, and I don't even bother saving the results, but occasionally I come across something different. It's a little bit more stimulating that playing solitaire.

I was curious as to the rating I would get for my weblog so I took a short quiz. I wasn't too surprised to see the result when you consider some of the images on this site, but there is little or no talk of sex.

Tonight I read many interesting blogs and discovered sites I will enjoy returning to, Bloggers Blog especially. They talk about the most talked about topics in the blogosphere. I spent a long time at the site reading the entries, not something I do often. Somehow my attention ended up getting diverted to Blogthings where I found this inanely unimportant meme.

When I did the one for What Language are You it came back Australian, maybe not so strange. The personality-type ones have blown me out because they're pretty spot on. It's strange that when we do these silly quizzes, we tend to agree whole-heartedly with the result. It must be that we're getting good positive feedback about the way we live our lives, like a reassurance that we're on the right track. This particular little quiz affected me just this way.
