Fruity Lip Gloss

This is an easy to make lip gloss that will have you looking wonderful in no time at all.

Ingredients:

  •   2 Tbls solid shortening
  •   1 Tbls fruit-flavored powdered drink mix
  •   35 mm film container

Instructions:

  1. Mix shortening & drink mix together in a microwave safe bowl till smooth.

  2. Place in microwave on high for 30 seconds until mix becomes a liquid.

  3. Pour into clean (wash thoroughly before use) film container, or any other small airtight container.

  4. Place mix into fridge for 20-30 minutes or till firm.

Hi I read on other web sites that if you make lip gloss with those powered drink mix, it would only last for 2-3 days. Is that true?
