I'm thinking about making my own lip gloss, and I was wondering--will the recipes make the kind that you could put in a small container and apply with your finger, or is it the kind that's liquidy? Do you recommend any stores that sell cheap lip gloss containers?

This particular lipgloss would be watery, certainly not solid. The best containers are film canisters, or small containers that you get sequins or beads in. I wouldn't recommend buying containers, you can buy lip gloss from places like Go-Lo, $2 shops, etc, very cheap. You could re-use old lip-gloss containers or ask around for some.
